The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property announced that in accordance with the Companies (Amendment) Law 2022, N.87(I)/2022, dated June 24, 2022, the maximum total charge for Annual Reports with a date of compilation within the years 2021 and 2022, will not exceed €150 for each violation.
